"A working woman's romance"
Elyssa started Allheart.com two years ago and it is
prospering. In Men at Work by Shay, it is time to
expand. Strong and independent, Elyssa feels no need for a
man in her life--until she meets Joe--the backer she
chooses to help her company grow. She must now fight her
desire to mix business and pleasure. Robyn likes working at Allheart.com, but still has
doubts of what she really wants to do with her life.
Feeling alone and depressed, she goes to the club where
Steve, a guy she'd really like to get to know, plays the
piano. In By a Nose by Kelly this night is her lucky
night. In Landslide by Leiber, Carole is prepared to
endure the flight from hell, but finds herself transferred
to first class, and into the company of a younger man. The
attraction is instantaneous, but can she overcome her past
to trust Mitch with her future? It seems Alix has the perfect life with Cal. Yet when
fate places Marcus in her path, and Cal grows increasingly
cold, her life takes a new direction in Tumbling
Down by Emery. Five close friends, four interesting romantic
ventures. Come see where they lead. These are very much
working women's romances and center strongly around the
work place. Though good, the stories don't really mesh well.
