REVIEW

"Great work from the mistress of fiction"

In Pleasant Valley Malory Price is upset as her orderly professional life looks over. Seven years at the Gallery with the last three as the manager means little when the owner marries a young woman who decides to make the place her pet rock. Malory knows she must leave, but her choices are limited to either leaving western Pennsylvania or changing professions.

Needing to escape, Malory changes her mind and decides to attend a reception at Warrior's Peak. Hosting the event is two odd individuals Rowena and Pitte. Also there are two other guests Dana Steele and Zoe McCourt. Rowena and Pitte offer the mortals one million dollars each to find three missing mystical keys that together will free these Daughters of Glass. Though skeptical, the human trio begins the quest, not yet understanding the danger they face. They are joined by Dana's brother Flynn. As they search for the first key with a Celtic God trying to stop them, Mal and Flynn fall in love, but is it real or is it an outsider's spell?

The biggest problem with THE KEY OF LIGHT is that it is so good that fans will be angry by Jove with Nora Roberts because they will have to wait a month each for the of books as the audience wants to believe that Celtic gods and the supernatural and paranormal are everyday reality. The key to Ms. Roberts is her talent to continually write powerfully entertaining tales that raise the quality bars of multiple genres.
