REVIEW

"Touching story about the search for love after the tragedy of loss."

Brady Logan is taking a break after his wife of 15 years and his daughter are killed by a drunk driver. Traveling from California to Arkansas, he stops at a bed and breakfast to rest and fish. When he checks out, he reads an entry in the guest book that touches him. It's by a woman, named Nell, who tells of her heartbreak and her determination to go on with life. With a new sense of hope, Brady goes to Nell's last-known address hoping to find the woman who awakened his soul.

Nell is trying to put her life back together after her husband left her and their daughter, Abby, for a younger woman. Nell and Abby also had to deal with Nell's drinking problem, and the custody case Rick brought against Nell. They are both looking for stability and love. Could Brady be the one to provide it? And could they bring joy back into his life?

This was a very touching story about life and the search for love after the tragedy of loss. Nell and Brady's story is one you shouldn't miss.

Summary

Brady Logan never expected to find Nell Porter when he left California. He didn't even know he was looking for her.

After the death of his wife and child, Brady Logan barely felt like living, never mind loving again. Meeting Nell has somehow made him want to do both. She's nothing like the people he knew in the past, but he's ready to leave all that behind anyway.

How could he know that Nell harbors a secret that makes it impossible for them to ever be together?
