"Fun characters and witty dialog make this a winner!"
Tabloids tout Vivienne Stansfield as a pampered princess
with more shoes than Imelda Marcos. When she finds her
credit cards rejected, her bank accounts drained and her
fiancé with another woman, Vivi is determined to prove
there's more to her than meets the eye. Desperate to find a
job, she becomes nanny to Max Landry's young sisters. Max has his own issues to deal with. Ever since the young
Vivi attempted to give 10-year-old Max a dollar, he's felt
a burning need to prove himself. Working his way up in the
world, he's now CEO of MBL Holdings, and it gives him a
strong sense of satisfaction to find Vivi in need of his
charity. Things never work out like you expect. Max and Vivi have personal issues to deal with, in addition
to doing their best to raise two young girls. When mutual
attraction is added to the mix, things start to heat up.
Max, however, won't let go of the hurt felt by the young
boy of long ago. His on-again, off-again emotions are
driving Vivi nuts, which she amusingly documents in her
Wedding Diary. Ms. Lee has written a big a hit! Max and Vivi are her most
fun characters to date, and the diary entries are a real
chuckle. She has a gift in creating secondary characters as
fascinating as the leads, and Max and Vivi's families are
no exception. Fans are in for a real treat!

SHE WAS READY TO TIE THE KNOT
NOW SHE'S FIT TO BE TIED
SummaryTexas heiress Vivienne Stansfield's dream of being a bride
was about to come true. But in a startling change of
fortune, her safe, reliable fiancé proves himself to be
neither—and her wealthy, eccentric father disappears,
leaving her with no money, no explanation, and no choice
but to find a job. Determined to prove that she isn't the
pampered princess the tabloids say she is, she seeks the
position of nanny for sexy real estate mogul Max Landry's
young sisters. With to-die-for clothes and a heart as pure
as her gold charm bracelet, Vivi steps up to the
challenge. But how to resist her irresistible employer?
Max needs a nanny. But the last person he wants is a knock-
out who doesn't know the first thing about taking care of
herself, much less two young girls. But once she arrives,
he learns that there is more to Vivi than her short skirts
and high heels imply. And when she asks Max to teach her
about the game of life—and passion, this strong-willed man
realizes that he wants to play for real, for keeps, and he
has no intention of losing this determined woman's
surprisingly fragile heart.
