"Antics of characters kept this story interesting."
Alyssa is crashing her best friend Mindy's fiancé's
bachelor party to see if Tom is being true to Mindy. Alyssa
poses as one of the dancers, and as the party progresses,
she gets wilder and bolder. Soon, Cooper walks in and slows
things down. Having had too much to drink, Alyssa is
escorted into the den to sleep it off. When she awakes, she
sees that the phone is off the hook. She picks it up and
starts talking to Cooper's partner, Jake. He tells her that
if she wants Cooper to loosen up, she'll have to issue him
an ultimatum. So she dares him to kiss her - and the rest
is history. The next day, Cooper tries to locate the dancer (Alyssa)
but can't. He suspects Alyssa is his mystery woman, but he
isn't sure. After the wedding, Alyssa leaves for San
Francisco. Cooper has no choice but to follow. This book is wonderful. It really kept my interest with all
the antics between Alyssa and Cooper.
