"Serious issues handled in a humorous way."

Ava Daniels is no longer the skinny little girl who had a crush on the man who rejected her - Harper Reynolds. She's now grown into a gorgeous woman.

Ava wants to land the ultimate job, and Harper wants to save Clover Brook, a shelter for teens. Harper comes back into Ava's life when his Aunt Flossie passes away. Since Aunt Flossie has left her Victorian house to both Harper and Ava, they end up living there with only a wall separating them. Ava feels that she and Harper do not see eye to eye. Then Harper realizes he might be losing out on the love of his life.

In WHAT A GIRL WANTS, you have a mixture of comedy with serious issues. An easy read.
