Kathryn Reynolds is a graphic designer who likes her life just the way it is. But that all changes when her downstairs lodger and friend, Heather, goes missing. A few days after Kathryn files a report with the police, Det. Jack Thornton is asked to look into the case and several others that might be connected. From the moment they see each other, the air is charged and time slows to a stop. While they fight their attraction, a dark power is rising and taking human form to help enslave a demon from another world.

What no one knows is that the demon has brought Kathryn and Jack together to help fight this power and restore everything to how it should be. As Jack and Kathryn fall in love, they realize something supernatural is happening to them. To understand it, they'll need to trust each other and seek help from Jack's friend, Ross. Time is running out as they realize that the man they're searching for has been watching them and has decided that Kathryn's death will be the final act to bring all the power he wants to him.

This is the second book in Ms. York's werewolf trilogy, following KILLING MOON, which I loved. I have to say, this addition to the series is just as exciting. I'm really happy that Jack is the main character for this book, since I'd already gotten to know him in the first. EDGE OF THE MOON is clever and a great read. I can't wait to read the final book in this wonderful series.
