"Brazenly Unexpected"

UNEXPECTED is the updated, expanded version of BRAZEN the only e-book written by popular author Lori Foster.

UNEXPECTED rewrites the old mercenary for hire storyline with the heroine Ray Vereker as the woman that make men shudder in fear. Ray is known as the baddest, hardest and best mercenary in the business. She is hired by Eli Connor to rescue his younger brother Jeremy who has been kidnapped by Central American guerillas looking to make some easy cash.

Eli Connor is shocked to find that the woman in front of him is Ray Vereker, the bad ass mercenary who is supposed to rescue his brother. Ray is tough, and can handle herself in situations that have most men running for cover. Instead of being repulsed, Eli was more drawn to Ray then he ever has been with another woman. He is hoping to make enough of an impression on Ray so that she will not be able to walk away after the mission is completed.

Ray and Eli make a great team as they battle the rough terrain of Mataya. The steam in the air no way compares to the steam that Ray and Eli eminate when they are together. No matter how hard Ray tries to deny the attraction, Eli is equally determined to overcome Ray's objections.

I liked the original e-book BRAZEN but I loved UNEXPECTED!! Ray and Eli actually had me laughing out loud one minute and needing the air conditioner the next.

UNEXPECTED is also features a fun cast of secondary characters with Ray's brother Matt and Eli's family. There is a little hussy in there by the name of Jane who tries to get Eli to the altar, but Jane is no match for Ray.

Reading UNEXPECTED is a lot like watching your favorite action/adventure movie. With edge of the seat action as well as the steamy love scenes that you have come to expect from a Brava, you will not be able to put UNEXPECTED down until the last page has been read.
