REVIEW

"Wilde and wicked!"

Liz Adams owns The Daily Grind, a specialty coffee shop. Every day she looks forward to a certain man to come into her shop. She knows where he sits, what he likes to drink and what he does while there but she doesn't know who he is. Not that it matters because she's not in the market for relationship with another bad boy since her husband died in a car accident with his current affair.

Then Liz's cousin Valerie goes missing. She left a note that she was going out of town for the weekend with a wealthy client that she met while working at The Ultimate Fantasy where she worked as a phone sex operator. The problem is it's Tuesday and no Valerie.

Liz's friend Mona, the owner of The Last Word, a new and used bookstore that connected to her coffee shop, told her that the guy she has been having the hots for is none other than Steve Wilde, a private investigator. Liz decides this is the perfect way to get to know Steve but when she finds out what he charges she doesn't know if she can swing it. Her husband left her with debts up to her eyeballs! She's still trying to pay them off. She comes up with an idea that she'll get a job at The Ultimate Fantasy to see if she can find out just what happened to Valerie. Steve gives her a break on the price of his services and they decide to have a fling while looking for Valerie. Neither of them is the least bit interested in forever after or are they?

This book was so hot it was scorching. Steve was one wild and sexy hero and Liz gave him as good as it got. Janelle Denison knows how to turn up the heat and keep it hot. I highly approve of this Wilde brother and eagerly look forward to reading about the other Wilde brothers! Whew!

Summary

SHE CAN'T STOP THINKING OF HIM

Serious bad boy. That's what Liz Adams thinks when she catches sight of dark, gorgeous Steve Wilde sitting at a table in her coffee house, giving her a look of bold, satisfying appraisal that has nothing to do with her espresso skills. Still, the man is the best P.I. in town, and the only person who might be able to help Liz track down her irresponsible, free-spirited cousin . . . if she can manage to spend more than two minutes in his company without surrendering to the wild fantasies dancing in her head.

HE CAN'T STOP WANTING HER

Oh, baby. That's exactly how Steve Wilde feels every time he comes into Liz's cafe and catches sight of her sexy figure behind the counter. But a man can only pretend to be interested in the pastries for so long. Now that Liz has opened the door to him, Steve intends to storm right through it, along with her defenses, and show the aloof beauty what she's been missing . . . and what he intends to do about it, slowly, deliberately, deliciously . . .

THERE'S NO STOPPING EITHER OF THEM

Now, in a cat-and-mouse game where the thrill of the forbidden is never quite enough, a business arrangement is about to yield to pleasure . . . and the temptations that can only be found when hearts run wild . . .
