"An enjoyable contemporary romance"

Josie Marcus' mother has always made her feel a bit embarrassed. Her mother runs a sex clinic and has a thing for men 20 years younger than her. Recently her mother ran off with the latest young boyfriend, leaving the future of the clinic in doubt. The rent hasn't been paid in two months so Josie's in danger of loosing her mother's clinic. Just when Josie thinks her luck can't get any worse the landlord shows up and turns out to be none other than Trent O'Reilly. The last time she saw him, he was standing naked on the beach as she drove away.

Josie has always had a problem getting really close with a man she's extremely attracted to. Even after going to college and becoming a couples counselor she still can't seem to let herself go. Now that Trent has entered her life again will she be able to let him get close?

Trent O'Reilly has never been able to forget Josie. He thought they were going to have a long-term relationship but he found out the hard way that she didn't have the same feelings. What started out as a way for him to get revenge becomes something more. He discovers that his feelings for Josie never went away. Now he has to take a chance and find out if Josie has deeper feelings for him or if he's going to be left all alone again.

I found this to be an enjoyable contemporary romance as well as a quick read. There were several humorous moments and the characters were likeable.

Summary

So why isn't he heading for the door?

Josie has never been able to resist Trent, but whenever they start heating the sheets, she panics and runs. His offer is just the resolution she needs. If she can control the sessions, she'll stay calm and get him out of her system. But trading pleasures with him is so steamy she wants to stay.forever!
