"A wonderful conclusion to The Bad Girl's Club."
Oh my, this one really burned up the pages but I did
my duty and devoured it just as eagerly as I did with the
first two books in this sizzling series! This, I'm delighted to say is Nicole Bennett's book
and about time too. Nicole has been a bad girl from way
back and so far she's been lucky. Now she is getting antsy
and feels as if someone is following her. That someone
turns out to be insurance investigator Alex Cassevetis, a
Greek-American hunk who has always played by the book.
Alex has had his suspicions about Nicole since Christine
Bowman was sent up the river for stealing millions of
dollars of uncut diamonds. It just seems strange that
Nicole has shown up in one capacity or another in jewel
heists lately. Alex is attracted to Nicole in the worst way but he
knows there's no way anything could ever come of it. They
are like night and day, oil and vinegar. Oh but at night,
can they set the sheets on fire! Alex decides to go out on
a limb and see if Nicole will help him nab "Dark Man". The
ante has been upped and now "Dark Man" is leaving dead
bodies in his wake. Nicole wants to find "Dark Man" as
well since he was the one who set her father up and got him
sent to prison. She has a little revenge she needs to
bestow. Much against her better judgment, she decides to
help Alex but at what cost? The husband and wife team who make up Tori
Carrington is one of my favorites. They simply cannot write
fast enough for me. Every one of their books is a one
sitting read for me and they all reside on my keeper
shelf! I eagerly look forward to each and every one of
their books!

SummaryNicole Bennett isn't just a bad girl--she's a thief, too!
And although she's been in some tight spots over the years,
she's never been tailed by a guy like Alex Cassevetis
before. It wouldn't be so bad--if she didn't want to drag
the sexy insurance investigator into the closest tight spot
with her. So she decides to lead him on a sensual, merry
chase. And when he catches her, the pleasure will be all
his...
