"Three contemporary Christmas love stories."
This is an anthology of three Christmas stories. In all
three stories, our heroines are wary of taking that final
chance on love. The three heros work very hard at
convincing their lady loves to take that chance. Every Square Inch by Claudia Dain I wasn't sure at the beginning if I was going to like this
story, but I found myself quickly getting tangled into the
story of Mary Scott and David. David returns home after
being declared dead in a military mission, only to find
out that his wife had been in the process of divorcing him.
He can't understand why as he feels they got along great.
Sex was always good. Mary Scott finally convinces David
that a physical relationship isn't everything. A couple
must also connect emotionally. I enjoyed the story, wish
it could have been longer. Surprise Package by Shirl Henke Our hero and heroine are both trying to leave behind
unhappy childhoods and reinvent themselves. Gilly (from the
wrong side of the tracks) dreams of being a high-powered
editor. Jeff (poor little rich boy) wants to help
humankind. Lies collide when, at a Christmas party for
work, Gilly realized that the male entertainment "Gentleman
John" is actually Jeff. The day is saved by Gilly's best
friend who explains to Jeff just who and what Gilly really
is. Jeff places a desparate Christmas call to Gilly asking
her to just hear him out. They discover they actually have
more in common than even they first realized. Man With a Golden Bow by Nina Bangs Jenny has decided that she has had her virginity just far
too long and decides to do something about with an old high
school buddy, Sloan. What she doesn't bargain for and isn't
aware of, is that even in high school Sloan had a thing for
her. Sloan decides to shake up Jenny's "reliable" world for
Christmas. About the time that Jenny is ready to take the
plunge and do something about her virginity Sloans ends up
realizing that he doesn't want to be just Jenny's boy toy.
He wants his fondest desire, her love. Reviewed by Brenda Horner for Sensual Romance.

SummarySometimes the best things don't come in small
packages. Sometimes a girl has visions of more than
sugarplums in her head.
Sometimes we're dreaming of something a lot steamier than a
white Christmas
For every woman who has better plans than sitting on
Santa's lap, who fantasizes about washboard abs instead of
a bowl full of jelly...
Here are the hottest, happiest love stories of this holiday
season!
