"A humorous, sensual romp!"

Frumpy Kate Collins, personal assistant to "Ivan the Terrible," is given a new assignment - find his daughter a husband while he's out of town and earn a huge bonus. Michael Wingate, security specialist, sees the "hot" beneath Kate's austere disguise and agrees to handle security during the husband-hunt.

When the daughter runs away to Texas to find herself a cowboy, Kate and Michael leave Philadelphia to find her. In the process, they discover that love is what they were searching for all along.

SOME GIRLS DO is a funny, heartwarming, delightful romp. A longer story by Ms. Banks is a treat, and I hope she follows with more. The humor and sensuality, along with very interesting characters, make this hot, new novel a winner. A very enjoyable read.

Summary

Now to keep her job she has to play matchmaker for her boss's only child. With her shapeless clothes and prim appearance, Katie has not had much experience with the opposite sex. That doesn't stop her from trying to turn shy Wilhemina into a swan. Or from dragging reluctant bodyguard Michael Wingate to Texas, where their lovelorn heiress has run off to lasso herself a cowboy.
