REVIEW

"Wow! Highly recommended futuristic romance."

Captain Gillaine "Gillie" Davré is sent almost three hundred and fifty years into the future due to an explosion in Riftspace. While some things hadn't changed, she finds that an element to the Khalaran culture and religion has been added. She has become Lady Kiasidra, a goddess.

The Khalaran people believe that the explosion that sent Gillie forward in time actually killed her -- that she died for their sake, to save them from a powerful emeny.

Admiral Rynan "Mack" Makarian finds himself intrigued by the mysterious woman who is standed on his station until she can repair her ship. Gillie finds herself wishing for a future with the handsome Admiral, but he is a follower of the Lady Kiasidira.

When an old enemy returns, Gillie has to find a way to save the Khalaran people once again, while not letting anyone know who she really is and losing Mack's love.

After reading this novel, all I could say was "wow!" Gillie and Mack are incredible characters, with a depth of emotion and inner turmoil that draws the reader in. The world, pardon me, the universe building in AN ACCIDENTAL GODDESS is in-depth, fully fleshed out and yet the author doesn't bog the storyline down to make the universe seem vivid.

I would definitely recommend this novel to fans of futuristic romances, as well as anyone thinking of giving them a try.
