"A fine contribution to The Bad Girls Club series!"
Julie Elizabeth Leto's contribution to The Bad
Girls Club series fairly sizzles with tension. I eagerly
devoured it right down to the very last page. Sydney "Slow Burn" Colburn walked away from Adam
Brody when he wanted to take their relationship to the next
level because she wasn't ready. When she got back from her
book tour, he was gone, lock, stock and barrel. Not only
had he sold his condo but he'd sold his business as well.
This didn't set well with Sydney at all so she decided to
hire a private investigator to find Adam for her to see if
the sparks would still be there when she saw him again. Adam Brody is lucky to be alive after the hit and
run accident left him in a coma and when he finally came
out of the coma, he didn't remember the last five years of
his life. When Sydney finally finds Adam, she realizes that
she's still as attracted to him as she ever was but she's
simply floored that he doesn't remember anything about
her. Then when she finds out that Adam's last
architectural plans that would have made him a millionaire
were stolen, she vows then and there to help him find out
what happened in the hours before he nearly died. Sydney and Adam's story had me on the edge of my
seat part of the time and squirming the rest of the time.
What a strong pair of characters these two were. There was
absolutely nothing about this book that I didn't like. Not
only is this series highly entertaining but it's highly
titillating as well! I highly approve and cannot wait to
read Tori Carrington's contribution to this series!

SummarySydney Colburn is a card-carrying member of the Bad Girls
Club. When she wants something, she goes after it until its
hers. Too bad it took her over a year to realize that she
wanted sexy architect Adam Brody for more than a love-'em'-
and-leave-'em affair. So with a little help from her
friends, Sydney finds Adam and sets out to seduce him back
into her life. Unfortunately, Adam doesn't remember who she
is...
Adam Brody instantly reacts to sultry, sensual Sydney. He
doesn't remember their affair, but he's completely open to
Sydney's offer to remind him—touch by touch and kiss by
kiss—particularly since Sydney holds the key to sorting out
the mystery of the accident that stole his memory in the
first place. Besides, there's no man alive who can say no
to a bad girl...
