REVIEW

"Celie Cameron's story and it's about time!"

This is the latest in the futuristic series that Catherine Spangler has created. She has created a world so realistic that I relish each and every book in this truly fabulous series.

Finally we get Celie Cameron's story. For those familiar with the whole SHEILDER series, Celie is Moriah's sister. Celie is pretty much a loner jetting from place to place with legal and illegal shipments, some highly dangerous and some boring. She wouldn't have it any other way.

Her latest shipment is to Joba. She's to meet with a man named Max but when she gets to Joba something is terribly wrong. It smells and the people look as if they are starving. Just as she's about to go into the building to find Max, she realizes someone is following her. When she whirls around, she's shocked to find Raven, Chase and Nessa's daughter following her. Fans will remember Chase and Nessa from the book SHIELDER. Raven has decided at nineteen she's due to have some fun so she stowed away on Celie's ship. Celie doesn't like it but there's nothing she can do about it now.

When Celie and Raven find Max and his android Rurick, they all go to the landing pad to transfer the shipment. As they get to the ships, someone starts shooting at Max and Rurick. They all four make it to Max's ship and get away but not before the ship takes extensive damage.

This is just the start of this superb highly adventuresome book. There is more than one surprise throughout this amazing story. We go from planet to planet in search of who is behind the most heinous cover-up in the entire galaxy. We also get to visit with beloved characters from previous books which makes this one all the more special and enjoyable. I look forward to reading more about this most fascinating world that Catherine Spangler has created.
