By accident, Aspen dietician Samantha McCafferty has come up with the SEX DIET, a menu that increases the libido. She tests her find at another gala she caters to see an orgy erupt. She forms Operation Orgasm. Her scenario is simple; Sam returns home to Orange Beach with plans to use the diet herself to see if that will finally entice her unrequited love Hank Masterson to notice her even if it means hives.

Hank, the owner of the Clearwater B&B, is shocked how pretty Sam has become. Because of his forgetfulness and the fact that there is a Belle of the Beach contest, he has no empty room available for his pal. He invites her to stay with him, which Sam accepts. As Sam uses her diet to lure Hank, he falls in love with her, allergy reaction and all. However, she refuses to believe him that he loves her with or without the diet.

This amusing contemporary heated romance will provide plenty of pleasure to readers. Sam is a fine character as she executes her plan only to have succeeded so well she feels she failed as sans diet sans Hanks. Fans will appreciate this humorous tale of lust in the kitchen.
