"Wild, weird, wonderful, and wacky romance"

His baseball career was over due to a serious injury before he turned thirty. Jack Trehan now wonders what he should do with the rest of his life since he no longer needs to work having been paid as a star athlete. In spite of his wealth, Jack feels depressed, as his future seems destined to performing in B-level commercials. Adding to his woes, his crazy cousin calls from Bayonne at two in the morning and though he has no idea what she is talking about he agrees just to get off the phone with her.

However, Jack will soon learn that he acquiesced to watch his second cousin, an infant Magenta Moon, who he finds inside a wicker basket on the porch of his mansion. When Aunt Sadie's decorator Keely McBride arrives to try to score the mansion renovation job, Jack agrees to hire her if she helps him with the kid. With Magenta Moon serving as a matchmaker, Jack and Keely begin to fall in love if the rest of his nutty relatives do not drive her away.

Wild, weird, wonderful, and wacky describe LOVE TO LOVE YOU BABY. Kasey Michaels is at her most amusing best with an eccentric cast that would drive Mother Theresa loony let alone the delightful lead couple. The real good news is that Jack's twin Tim stars in his own nine inning romance, BE MY BABY TONIGHT, but the bad news is that readers will have to wait until next summer.
