REVIEW

"Excitingly romantic novel"

Published by Atlantic Bridge Publishing (http://www.atlanticbridge.net), Mary E. Trimble's book "McClellan's Bluff" (ISBN: 1-931761-78-7) is a remarkable book for young adults. Today's teens will have no problem relating to seventeen-year-old Leslie Cahill and her troubles. Romance, puppy love, and family issues intertwine with danger, dark secrets, and obsession, turning Trimble's book into a hard-to-put-down novel.

After falling in love with an older man, Sloan Stroh, Leslie sees the world in a new light. Told constantly by her father and brother that the older man is not appropriate for her, Leslie refuses to listen. However, by the time dark secrets emerge, it is too late; older-Sloan will not leave young-Leslie alone. This reviewer highly recommends this exciting novel.
