"A clever, emotional story with characters you'd never expect!"
Pricilla is an angel in waiting. Waiting from that call
from the Big Guy in the sky to accept her into the higher
level of angels. Verbena, Pricilla's mentor, gives her
charge a mission so hard, Pricilla thinks she surely will
never make it through the gates to the higher heaven. Her
mission: To bring her daughter and the husband she's been
separated from for one year back together. The hard part:
She has to be totally selfless in her actions—something
she's not been since arriving in heaven—or ever, in fact.
Which explains why she is one of Verbena's most difficult
challenges. Back on earth, Brady is wallowing in self-pity. All he
wants is his wife back. Yes, he did something terrible.
Yes, he knows he deserves what he's getting. But, that
doesn't mean he's not still in love with his wife. When
his deceased mother-in-law appears to him in the form of an
angel, he thinks he's losing it. But, she swears she's
there to help reunite him with her daughter. Pricilla is
tough on Brady, but he needs that push. She convinces him
to approach Melina. Brady does approach his wife, and she wants nothing to do
with him until one night of great sex leads to another and
another and another. Melina tries to justify her actions.
After all, he did cheat on her. She finally calls it off
with Brady leaving him depressed. Pricilla finally
realizes she wasn't the greatest mother on earth and her
actions played an important role in Brady's screw-up. In the end, all the characters come to terms with what is
and what has been and focus on what can be in the future. Dakota Cassidy writes a clever story with characters that
reach out and touch you. She has a clever way of phrasing
things and creates a different than your run of the mill
angel. She also writes hot and sexy scenes into a great
storyline. In this book, she brings readers a story that
is quirky yet passionate, funny and touching. I even cried
a tear or two at the end of this scintillating tale. It's
a quick, enjoyable read with depth and emotion. I'd
recommend this to anyone who likes a good story in their
erotica novel.

SummaryA marriage is ending...
But should it? If two people are meant to be together
surely there's some way to ensure that happens. For Melina
and Brady Campbell there is. It takes some divine
intervention, and a VERY unlikely angel, to set these two
on the path they've wandered from, and convince them
that "Sex with your Ex" can be the most wonderful thing in
the world.
