In 1813 Liar's Club agent Dalton Montgomery pretends to be
a dandy as he poses as popular satirical cartoonist Sir
Thorogood. Dalton wants to expose the real artist whose
works scorn the country's aristocracy especially the
leaders, drawing caricatures that make them look inane.
