"A Romance That's Fun To Get Caught Up In..."
Take one sexy, cynical and hyper-focused CIA agent, one
beautiful and elusive thief, add an attraction that can't
be denied, set the scene in beautiful and romantic Paris,
and you have an elegant and suspenseful story that was
mighty difficult to put down! Sam Tremaine needs the help of Juliette Morris to bring
down an international criminal. He is aware of her true
identity and he possesses the resources to persuade her
that her cooperation will definitely be in her best
interest. Incarceration can be a great motivator.
While he felt that he couldn't trust her as far as he could
throw her, he wrestled with an immediate and undeniable
attraction; and the more time he spent with her, the more
his preconceived notions (and libido) would be challenged. Juliette was a woman with a mission. Her ability to be
everywhere and nowhere at once serves her well in achieving
her objectives, and though they share a common adversary,
her reasons are personal, and she isn't above using Sam to
help her achieve her goal. Juliette's emotional well-being
hinges on the completion of events she had long ago set in
place. Juliette is sure that the fact that she seems to
lose her focus whenever Sam is near is but a minor
irritation. As long as she maintained her legendary
control, he couldn't chip away at her heart, right? I found this to be an elegantly written and well paced
read, though I had a difficult time becoming fully invested
in Sam and Juliette at first. Ms. Brant paints a very
intense and detailed picture, and I really loved her
attention to detail with respect to Juliette's profession.
I held my breath more than once during the descriptions of
her escapades. The tender moments between Sam and Juliette
will make you sigh; the moment they hook up will make you
break out in a sweat! I enjoyed ENTRAPMENT and look
forward to others in "The Tremaine Tradition" series.

shook him to the core. Hiding his growing feelings would
take every covert skill he possessed, but Juliette's
