"blending erotica and Greek myth"

Amelia died unexpectedly shortly before she can be wed. For some reason, she arrived at the underworld without the necessary coin to pay Charon for her passage across Styx. Normally she would have been given the coin upon her burial.

Needing to get across the river, she debates making a deal with the sarcastic and rude ferryman, only to find that the idea is tempting rather than repugnant. The more she learns about the mysterious god, the more she wants to spend a night in his arms.

As events unfold and Amelia finds out how she died and the things Charon was hiding from her, the more she finds herself loving him, even as she doubts his feelings for her.

True to their form, the Greek gods and goddesses aren't content to sit back and watch, they simply have to meddle, which leads to some interesting interruptions, misunderstandings, and a general good time for all but Charon and Amelia.

Blending erotica and Greek myth, Bennett Jones breathes life into the underworld in an interesting and new way, giving a mate to the one god you never expected to fall in love.

Publisher's sexuality rating: Risque romance with an abundance of imaginative, steamy sex.
