"Sizzling!"
Conner McCoy's story was the very last in the Magnificent
McCoy Men series and rightfully so. Conner is the oldest
of the McCoy brothers and when their mother died, he took
over raising the other boys when his father just couldn't
cope with his beloved wife's death. Conner vows that he
will never marry and will most definitely not have children
BUT that was before he met sexy, feisty Bronte O'Brien. When Conner is accused of murdering a witness he
had sworn to protect, he turns to none other than Bronte.
He'd known her since college but had never had the time or
the inclination to act on his desire to get to know her
better. He was too busy holding down a full time job,
going to college and keeping his family together. Bronte
thinks Conner is an arrogant, up-tight man but she's oh so
attracted to him. When they straighten the mess of
Conner's life out, will they finally find time to act on
their attraction? This book, as well as the whole series, just
sizzled. I have thoroughly enjoyed my visits with all of
the McCoy men and have truly dreaded seeing this fabulous
series end. I eagerly look forward to much more from the
incomparable Tori Carrington!

SummaryConnor McCoy - Strong. Serious. He's the last McCoy
bachelor-and he intends to keep it that way.
Bronte O'Brien - Smart. Savvy. She's lusted after Connor for
years. And now she has him right where she wants him.
U.S. Marshall Connor McCoy, the oldest of the McCoy clan, is
used to looking after himself-and everybody else too. But
he's definitely out of his element when he finds himself
framed for murder and has to rely on the talents of sassy,
sexy junior U.S. Attorney Bronte O'Brien to prove his
innocence. Only there's nothing innocent about Bronte's
intentions toward Connor. And she's about to show him just
how talented she really is.
