REVIEW

"Love With An American Hero"

MARRIED TO A MARINE is the fourth in Cathie Linz' Men of Honor Series for Silhouette Romance.

Kelly Hart had been crazy about Justice Wilder since she was a teenager and he had been her older sister's boyfriend. Then he married her sister and two years later they divorced. Now Justice is a Special Forces marine who has just sustained a possible career-ending injury saving a toddler from a burning car. He has gone to a secluded island off the coast of North Carolina to recuperate. His mother is worried because he has isolated himself and isn't communicating with anyone. She calls Kelly, who is a successful physical therapist, and asks her to help Justice.

But Justice doesn't want any help from anybody. His chances of returning to his squad are uncertain, and he doesn't even want to think about the changes ahead. He especially doesn't want help from the soaking wet woman who has shown up at his door in a storm. Kelly has nowhere else to stay on the island, and the boat that brought her has left. Justice reluctantly lets her stay. Kelly tries to tell herself that she won't fall in love with him again, but she can't resist sparring with him verbally. And those verbal battles are moving dangerously close to passion.

MARRIED TO A MARINE is a great read. It has a strong, fast- paced plot. I couldn't put it down. Both of the main characters are strong-willed, vulnerable and very likeable. I recommend this book, and I'm going to search for the previous three books in Ms. Linz' Men of Honor series.
