"Cooper and Faith were fabulous characters!"
This was another one sitting read from Kathie
DeNosky. Cooper was one hunk of a cowboy and was just what
Faith needed to get right back on track with her life. Cooper Adams is tired of the rodeo life and after a
near death experience with one mean bull, Cooper decides to
retire and become a rancher. He gets Whiskers Penn to buy
him a ranch and unbeknownst to him, Whiskers also hires him
a cook/housekeeper. When Whiskers takes Cooper to his
ranch, Cooper nearly drops his teeth. This ranch is so
broken down it will take forever to fix it up. Then a truck pulls up carrying Faith Broderick to
the ranch. Before Cooper knows it, the neighbor who drops
Faith off and Whiskers have made tracks leaving him and
Faith all by themselves. Cooper knows once Faith sees the
condition of the ranch, she'll run screaming down the road
but Faith has no place else to go. It seems her best friend
and her ex-husband decided to fall in love and to have a
baby, something she couldn't do. As Cooper and Faith work together to get Cooper's
ranch in some sort of working order, they become attracted
to each other but aren't quite sure they are ready to even
begin to act on those feelings. It's much too soon for
them to fall in love or is it? I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I especially liked
the fact that the book centered on Cooper and Faith and
their relationship from beginning to end. It was so much
fun to see the attraction begin and grow to love. I'm
hooked on Kathie DeNosky's books and cannot wait to read
her next one!

SummaryROMANCE ON THE RANCH. . .
Gentle-hearted Faith Broderick had come to the Triple Bar
Ranch to start a new life, not to get involved in a
matchmaking scheme intended to get Cooper Adams to cast off
his bachelor coat-of-arms. But suddenly stranded with the
seductive cowboy, Faith yearned for the domestic dreams
she'd put aside. Soon neither could hide the passion that
raged between them.
Cooper wasn't planning on heading to the hitchin' post.
Yet, with her warmth, lovely Faith filled his home and the
lonely corners of his heart. Cooper knew he'd better watch
his stepbecause promoting Faith from employee to wife
would be far too easy to do...
