REVIEW

"What would YOU do on a dark and stormy night?"

Have you ever done something that you just knew you'd regret the next morning? Well, that's just what Commander Corrine Atkinson does one dark and stormy night. She's tired, wet and cold. She lets a perfect stranger talk her into sharing his hotel room since it's the only place she has to stay unless she wants to brave the storm to try to find another hotel. Not only that, she shares a wild and passionate night in the arms of this perfect stranger.

The next day, she reports to duty as Commander of the next space shuttle mission. When she meets her new crewmember, it's none other than her perfect stranger of the night before. His name is Mike Wright and he takes every opportunity to get up close and personal with her because he doesn't want their relationship to just be a one-night-stand. How can he convince Corrine of this fact?

This was one of those one sitting reads. There were so many things about this book that I just loved. One of my favorite scenes was where Corrine gave the crew a weekend off and she decided to go visit her parents. Little did she know that Mike decided to follow her in his quest to convince her that they were meant to be together. This was one powerful scene!

My favorite part about reviewing is I get to discover so many new authors and Jill Shalvis is one such author. I will be looking for more of her books!
