SummaryLady in waiting...
For years, Circe Hill waited for David, earl of Westbury,
to notice her. She had loved him for so long, but it seemed
as if she loved in vain. Until one day, her dream finally
comes true. David wants to court her--just for all the
wrong reasons...
Lord of secrets...
To David, Circe had always been his best friend's sister-in-
law and the last person he would ever think of in a
romantic way. Which is what made her ideal for his plan--he
needed a suitable girl to pretend to court for the Season,
and Circe was the perfect candidate. But he didn't tell
Circe the true reason for the pretense...
A dangerous game...
Circe could sense that there was something David was hiding
from her, and she was determent to discover the truth. But
she was also determined to show him that she was now a
passionate woman--and one who knew a lot more about
seduction than he could ever suspect.
