"Excellent romantic suspense!"
I've been a huge fan of Dana Marton's since her very first
book. I'm still a huge fan. She never fails to satisfy my
romantic suspense craving! This story is about Sheik Nasir iBn Ahmad brother to Saeed
in the book THE SHEIK'S SAFETY. Nasir is trying to find
his cousin, the one who tried to kill his brother Saeed so
he infiltrates one of the camps trying to find
information. There he discovers that they have kidnapped
Dr. Sadie Kaufman. Nasir knows that he cannot leave her
there for she will be raped and more than likely murdered. Nasir also cannot be recognized because not only will it
jeopardize his mission but it will also put him, his
brother and his brother's family in danger. He does his
best to keep himself and Sadie safe as best he can. He gets them to the palace of his brother but apparently
there's a spy in the midst because someone wants them dead
and they come too close for comfort. Nasir has to find out
who it is before it is too late and his cousin wins yet
again. This book kept me reading to the detriment of work and
housework. I just couldn't put it down. I had to know
what was going to happen. That's what I call good
suspense! I can't wait to read another romantic suspense
by Dana Marton!

SummaryShe'd been stranded in the desert and held captive by a
band of kidnappers. Then Sheik Nasir ibn Ahmad, one of the
most menacing men she'd ever seen, promised to lead her to
safety--Dr. Sadie Kaufman had little choice but to follow.
Before long the sheik's promises of protection played a
vital role. For once they arrived at his palace it seemed
someone beyond the walls still wanted her dead. The sheik
insisted on keeping her close or Sadie would become
another bandit's bargaining chip. But could this sexy and
indomitable man really be as good as he seemed...?
