"Hilariously funny mixed up madcap read!!!"

Brooke Welch couldn't believe her baby sister Dee was pregnant...she swore they'd used protection, but the "protection" broke!!! How could that be? Brooke worked at the factory that made Safe & Secure Condoms!!! Dee's boyfriend isn't interested in doing the "right" thing by Dee and the baby, and Brooke sets out to "set things straight" and kidnaps the "hotshot" father to be...she kidnaps Cliff and gets her man... oh boy, does she get her man...but not Dee's!!!

Alex Bradshaw, owner of the Condom factory is in Quicksilver to find out why his company is losing money and then he's off on a much needed vacation. Incognito and still trying to decide just how to go about getting the information he needs, he is inadvertently, kidnapped by one of his employees!!! He's told by an unsuspecting Brooke that "Mr. Bradshaw" is not highly thought of by his employees... now, can he trust Brooke to help him, or is she part of the problem in the factory? Little does Brooke know, she's kidnapped her boss instead of the "sleazy" reporter she thinks she's taken hostage! When Brooke finds out that she has Alex instead of Cliff, adventure and romance set in!

Together and through many hilarious capers, Alex and Brooke find the culprit at the company, but also find that there is more to life than work and more to love than lust!

This laugh out loud book (you will love Hugo) brought every emotion possible to the surface as I read it. It is a fast paced, sexually tense book and I highly recommend it as one of the most enjoyable reads of the year! The heroine is a feisty and sassy woman and the hero is macho but with a wonderful sense of compassion added in! 5 stars to Ms. Burnes who has outdone herself on this one!!!
