What is a girl to do when her whole world revolves around the love of her life and he turns from her?

Jessabelle is a young woman reaching her prime, full of beauty and passion for only one man, her beloved Juba. All she wanted was to marry him and share her life with him. He loved her, but he wanted the physical culmination of that love more then he wanted anything else, so why did she insist on waiting? When Juba turns to another young woman to slake his lust, Jessabelle is heartbroken. She is willing to do anything to get him back, even turn to the old witch in the woods and give in to a magic spell to win him back. But is her price too high to pay?

This is a satisfactory story, but not one to overly impress this reviewer. The magical spell Jessabelle succumbs to is fascinating and just what this reviewer loves. But this book is far more about sex than story, and therefore not enough to keep this reader fascinated. Granted, this is an erotica tale so it is expected to be heavy on sex, but this reviewer still prefers the plot to be the strongest part of the story. Jessabelle is a strong spirited young lady, willing to sacrifice everything to win back the man she loves. Juba on the other hand, may leave some cold. All he really cares about is sex, sex and more sex, and there isn't enough depth to him to intrigue some readers. He is almost completely redeemed, when he discovers Jessabelle's secret. He is willing to give up everything he knows to protect her and be with her. However, even that may not be enough for some readers to really like him.

There is enough of a plot to keep readers following the story through to the end, but there's just not enough to make this an especially memorable tale for everyone. However, if one is looking for a short hot, sexy read, where passion and lust are the name of the game, then this story will fit that bill.

Summary

Midnight seduction on a leafy forest floor draws two people into a corrupt darkness from which there is no escape.

Jessabelle is beautiful, dark and mysterious, and she loves Juba with all her heart. But when a stunning blonde comes along and tries to take him from her, she becomes desperate and willingly enters into a darkness from which she can never escape. Now, from midnight to dawn, she prowls the Black Woods hungry for blood, her shy, inhibited behavior giving way to a dark and primitive nature.

What has changed her?

What has made her love wild and animalistic, slowly drawing Juba into the strange darkness that holds her captive? When he discovers what she has become will he turn away in horror. or will he be seduced by the savagery of her love and enter the darkness with her?
