"Take a romp on the wild side!"
Sophie Addison is nothing but a successful financial
attorney who likes her life steady and sure and boring.
And she ALWAYS wears loafers. On her way to selling a
property for her best friend, Sunny Kelly, she winds with a
nasty crack on the head and a good bout of amnesia. With
the information she has about the Smokehouse Saloon in the
quiet town of Tranquility, she thinks she's there to save
it for her dear departed Auntie. AND she thinks she's the
Reno showgirl Sunny Kelly. Off come the loafers, on comes the little denim cutoffs and
tiny tops, and the first to take notice is Gray McBride
who's a shoo-in for mayor -- if he cleans up the town. But,
Sunny Kelly has different ideas. She takes in all the
stray cowboys and people in town who need a place to stay
or a job. She even takes in a stray dog. With lots of
ideas for making the Smokehouse a success, Gray tries to
trample them. His whole campaign is built around the
selling of the saloon and turning it into a firehouse. Sunny and Gray butt heads more than once and share more
than a few kisses. Sunny makes a difference in the town by
running a rodeo, hosting a wedding and just creating a
general stir of excitement no matter what she does. But, what happens when the real Sunny Kelly shows up and
tells her friend who she really is? And what will Gray
think once he knows the truth? This is romance at its best. It's fun, flirty and ends
much too soon! I loved the heroine. Sunny is a perpetual-
motion machine with lots of spunk and determination. She's
fun-loving and manages to turn the town upside down with
her wild ideas and schemes. She's easy to fall in love
with so you can see why Tranquilities' longtime bachelor
falls head over heels for a Reno showgirl. Sunny is upbeat
and funny. Gray is a hot looking cowboy. It's a great
formula for success when you through together a wonderfully
imaginative plot. From page one, the author had me smiling
throughout the whole book. If you just like a romance
that's lively and a whole of fun and has great dialogue and
a fantastic cast of secondary characters check this one
out. Ms. Castell certainly knows how to entertain. So
kick up your feet and enter the world of Sunny Kelly and
Gray McBride -- two characters you won't soon forget!

SummaryAfter a nasty crack on the head, smooth-talking lawyer
Sophie Addison wakes up convinced she's Sunny the showgirl,
sworn to save the ramshackle saloon she was supposed to be
selling for her best friend. That might be good news for
the thirsty cowpokes of Tranquility, Texas, but it's a
problem for rancher Gray McBride, who's a shoo-in for
mayor — if he cleans up the town.
Unfortunately, getting Sunny to see reason becomes a full-
time job and threatens what's left of his reputation.
Because wagging tongues have noticed that while the
gorgeous blonde from Reno can't tell a tango from a Texas
two-step, she's saved the last dance for him!
