REVIEW

"IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR NOVELS ABOUT FRIENDSHIP THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU"

Evelyn Peerbaugh had no idea when she first put out the "room for rent" sign at her house that it would ever escalate into the sisterhood that it has. In AN UNDIVIDED HEART, once again Evelyn has two empty rooms to be filled. Gwen has patched things up with her husband and moved back in with him and her son. Heddy and Audra's new business has grown larger than they anticipated and so Heddy will be moving to a new place with more room. At least Piper will still be around for a bit longer as she learns to cope with the loss of her mother.

Evelyn quickly gets two new tenants who couldn't be more different. Lucinda who will stop at nothing to try to stay young and sweet Maggie, the schoolteacher who wants so hard to be favorable to the Lord that she allows others to walk all over her. This time around not only do we watch the new tenants deal with the issues in their own life, we also get to watch Evelyn make some serious decisions about her own future.

Not to be forgotten, Mae, Piper, Audra and Tessa all have things going on in their own lives. You'll find that you need to read carefully with this new book in order to keep up with all that is happening among the Sister Circle ladies. Even though I found this book a little bit faster paced than the previous titles, it was still a very enjoyable read and I'll certainly be keeping my eyes open in the spring for A PLACE TO BELONG in Spring 2005.

I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 11:19
