REVIEW

"Interesting, unexpected storyline."

Nic, Princess Nicolette Ducasse of Melio, the feisty rebel of the three Ducasse princesses, is fiercely protective of her family. She'd do almost anything for them, but definitely draws the line at marriage for power and money. Nic has watched duty to their poor Mediterranean island kingdom force her oldest sister, Chantal, into an arranged state marriage that was disastrous. Only Prince Thibaudet's death saved Chantal from his physical and verbal abuse. So when Chantal agrees to yet another arranged marriage, this time with King Malik Nuri, Sultan of Baraka, Nic takes matters into her own hands. She travels to Baraka under the identity of her sister, believing she can charm and trick King Nuri into helping her family. What Nic doesn't count on is one seriously sexy, intelligent, and challenging man.

THE SULTAN'S BOUGHT BRIDE is interesting, following an unexpected story line with characters who have depth and believability. This is an enjoyable read.
