Betty clearly identifies with the ladies who came in every other week when she worked in a bookstore and filled a shopping bag with romances. Romances have always been one of my favorite forms of stress relief. I need time to kick back and relax. I don't want death and mayhem. I don't want evil horrors that will trigger nightmares.
