S. A. Martin

Shirley Martin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, where she majored in history, a subject she has always enjoyed and one that she has woven into her historical romances. She taught school, then worked as a flight attendant. Besides reading and writing, she enjoys growing orchids and other plants. Walking is a favorite form of relaxation. She and her husband have three grown sons. They live in Miami with their two cats.
