Hope Tarr
 Hope Tarr is a graduate of the Catholic University of America where she earned a master's degree in psychology and a Ph.D. in education. Her debut novel, A Rogue's Pleasure, is a nominee for Romantic Times' Reviewers' Choice Award for Best First Historical. 2002 will witness the release of two more Jove historical romances, both career "firsts" for Hope.
